David’s interest in urology was sparked by a personal experience when one of his close friends battled testicular cancer during their undergraduate years. Since joining Nebraska Urology in 1998, he has remained dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements in urological treatments and procedures. “Technological advancements in urology have grown and improved patient care,” he says. “Not only are procedures safer, hospital stays, if necessary, are now much shorter.”
Dr. Wiltfong earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center and completed his residency at the University of Missouri. He is board certified in Urology Surgery and is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association, Nebraska Urological Association, Nebraska Medical Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, South Central Section of the American Urological Association, and the Lancaster County Medical Society.
